    I'm using version 3.0.10 of Dynamic Forms and I'm having a strange problem with the email completion events.  I need to update our email that we send to users who complete the form, however, whenever I try to add to the forum and click Update Event, the email itself never updates.  I've tried adding another email event, but by default the same email is in the form box and it still won't update.

    Anyone had this issue before, any idea how to fix it?

    HI, that's due to having AJAX enabled on the module / form. You can try two options:

    1) under Module configuration, disable AJAX for module and form processing
    2) or before you click on Update Event, make sure to choose "Simple Text box" radio button as opposed to leaving it on "Rich Text Editor" and then click on "Update Event". -- David

    I noticed many people have problems with this issue and keep complaining about the workaround.

    Is it possible to release a patch/fix for this issue.

    Hi idas,

    Thanks for your feedback.  Our development team is looking for a more permanent solution to this. ( We thought it was fixed after DNN 4.9 but it popped up again in DNN 5. )  I'm sure we'll let everyone know when we find the answer.  Thanks!
