HI, okay let's say on Form 1, you have shortname of "DSParam1" to represent the Company name. A person enters a company name in the textbox field and then when submit, will take them to Form 2. In Form 2, you should have "Company" shortname, as well as five other shortname fields (location1,location2,location3,location4,location5). In your SQL data bind for Form 2, you would have something like this:
select * from tablename where company = '$(DSParam1)'
Note that you need to replace the "tablename" with your SQL tablename and make sure the "location1,location2,..." are the same column names from the SQL table. Try this out and see if it works for you. Also, we do provide premium support (
