    I am having an oddity happening.  Using a form completion event to send an E-Mail and having the template use a table in the formatting - it truncates part of the template upon save.

    How big is the template? Are you copying it from word because word throws a lot of garbage into the text. I believe the maximum allowed text is 4000 characters for the event. I would have to check the database table/stored procedures but I think its 4000. We might change this just to be text later to allow for more characters.

    It didn't come from word. It is a HTML table created from 17 fields. I was able to get it down small enough to work, but I had to take out a lot of information I need to have in them. I am thinking about breaking it up into 2 seperate E-Mails, but the end user may not like it.

    Funny, I am investigating the same issue.
    It is actually because the rich-text editor has a max character setting on it.

    Have a post about to go live on this site.
    Will be titled something to the effect of: Dynamic Email with mre than 8000 characters

    This requires you to modify field settings within sql database, and then update 2 stored procedures...which is the part I am getting help on. Should run as query or script.

    Hope that is a step in the right direction.

    Could you post your fix, Brian?  I, too, am having the same issue.  My dynamic email is very short...a 1-line greeting, a header for a bulleted section containing 3 short bulleted sentences, and a closing statement. The closing statement is truncated...

    I'll try it one more time running all the text through note pad to clean up any garbage that may have been added, but I would be lucky to have 80 words, let alone 8K....
