Hi,
By reading the user manual I see that you need to create a table and do a query on it in order to populate a list control like a dropdownlist with the correct localized values.
This however is not really a good option for us because we are developing a site with the purpose that a person who doesn't have permission to access the database directly can administer it.
Do you know if a user can populate the dropdownlist directly in the UI of dynamic forms without having to create tables themselves? If not, would it be hard or take a lot of time to modify the code to do that for someone who only started programming a few months ago.
I was thinking of having a dropdownlist populated with dnn's installed languages in the form when you select the option to add a list item type control. This "current language" value can then be writed to the same table where the text and value is currently written to and all three retrieved to show the correct values according to the "CurrentLanguage" value.
It sounds simple but is that really all I have to do if I buy the source code?
Kind regards,
Alain.
