    In a dynamic email event, if many items are available for purchase, in a ThankYou (completed (successful)) email, is it possible to only include the items selected in the form?

    Example: Tickets order - Ticket Type A = 1, Ticket Type B = 0, Ticket Type C = 2;

    In a follow-up Thank You email event, The total is easy.  Is it possible to build an email template that includes A, B, and C, but only show A and C in the example above because B < 1?

    Hi Dan,

    You might use the $(FieldName_FullResults) token instead.  This actually renders as

    Field Question:  Field Answer

    but will not display on your email event if it's blank.  Try inserting a $(FieldName) and $(FieldName_FullResults) in your email and see how it works for you.  Thanks!

    Hi Dan,

    Well the purpose of the 'Full Results' token is to... Display field labels and field values, but only if the field has data present in it. So did you just try this on a single token? Does this token have a label associated with it?
