I have setup 2 URL Redirect completion events to occur once my form is filled out. If condition 'A' is met redirect to Page 1 if condition B redirect to Page 2. If . It should redirect to another page on my site but the post back occurs and the I stay on the same page. Any ideas why this would occur? |

Okay here is the problem. I have a hidden field that stores a dollar value The hidden field is populated from a question event tied to a radio button list which is a required field. I have two redirection events. One event (event order 0) looks for 0.00 in the hidden field and redirects to a DR instance that is not configured with Authorize.Net. Another event (event order 1) looks for anything not equal to 0.00 and redirects to a DR instance configured with Authorize.Net. Depending on what values I have in the radio button list the event either don't fire, redirect properly, or redirect to the wrong page. Any sugesstions on how to fix this?? Thank you |

I have tested several scenarios and I have isolated the problem to the redirection event that is tied to a value greater than 0. My completion event is stated as follows Event Name: RedirectFee Event Sort Order: 0 Event Type: URL Redirection Event Details Dynamic Field: Amount Dynamic Response: Not Equal I have put "0" in the text box....w/out quotes of course Page: ( A page on your site) I have then select my page with DR configured with Authorize.Net The event never fires and the form posts back stays on the same page. The funny thing is if set equals to "0" and redirect to my page with DR not configured with Authorize it works fine. It appears the Not Equal condition is causing the failure...Any ideas datasprings? Thx |

HI, what version of DNN and Dynamic Forms are you using? I can then verify and try to duplicate if the "NOT EQUAL" is working or not. Another option is to have the Hidden Field be set to "True" or "False" depending on what is picked from the radio button list. Then you would have two redirection events, one based on "True" or one based on "False". -- David |

I am using DNN 5.2.3 and the latest version of Dynamic Forms.
I am passing an amount from DF in session to DR so authorize.net can process the amount. Setting the hiddenField to true or false will not work. I have tried using all types of conditional options to try and get it to work but nothing. |

David,
It worked. I made a second hidden field and created another sql question event. If the value was '0.00' then 'False' else 'True'. I then created two completion events using the equal comparison one for True and second for False. I am a little troubled that I could not get the not equal to work. Hope you find something..Thanks for the help

Hi David, can you confirm the 'NOT EQUAL' in the FORM COMPLETION Event -> REDIRECT is working now?
(using latest 4.x version)

Hi Roel - Yes, this was addressed shortly after that post I believe... I know that this has been fixed as it was a pretty old bug. If you continue to have problems, please let us know what the field type you are testing against for the "NOT EQUAL TO" and if other events fire such as Email events etc... Thanks, Chad
