Question:  We are using dynamic forms to register people for community leadership events.  I would like to have the trainers for these communities login and see filtered data by community with certain fields (name, address, telephone number, etc.).  What is the simplest way to do this?  What I would like to do is use the CreatePDF feature whereby they could login and create a PDF of all the attendees in their community.  Anyway of doing this with the Create a PDF feature?

Or, do I have to go the OWS module way?

Thanks to the excellent Forms module and the support I have received here, it looks like we will be able to migrate over to this application to resolve some issues we were having with a vendor and their forms based software.  Yeah!

Here is an example of the form we are doing.  It is an example of having people register some information, and then it shoots you an email, and then shows the rest of the form.

Hi, this probably would not work with the create PDF feature. However, if you want a listing or search of attendees in a community, you can use our new module coming out next Monday called "Dynamic Views".  You could implement an SQL query or choose a Dynamic Forms / ModuleID to retrieve results submitted. -- David
