We have a number of newsletters that are sent to multiple distribution lists.

For example A General List, an employees list etc.

One thing that would be useful is if the report included information on which distribution lists were selected for sending.

A related feature would be if you could create a distribution group that included multiple lists.

Hi. Thanks for your feedback and suggestions. I have added this to the review list for future versions and updates. I don't think this will make the 4.3 as its right around the corner but possibly the following release. Thanks again, I think these are both great suggestions.

While we are talking about the reports section.

1. When a Test Email is sent the reports currently show it went to all the selected recipients on the list/s selected. Where only a single email is sent (+ confirmation).
2. If a send fails (e.g. a connection to the mail server cannot be made) this is caught in the DNN event log but the Opt-In report still says it was sent

The report should reflect what actually happened.

1.  This was a change that was done a few versions back where a test is only sent one time to the test email assigned so as not to flood that email with multiple emails.  If you want to see the whole thing working, my suggestion is to create a Test List with a limited # of subscribers (I use my work + personal emails to test).  Then use the schedule immediately option.

2.   When you go to List Cleanup, does it show under Distribution Failure or Email Bouncebacks?

1. Would be nice it was made SUPER clear that only 1 email will be sent. Would stop a fair number of calls we get.  Maybe when this option is selected an Alert message is displayed saying only 1 email will be sent to X address. 

2. We don't have the bounce back set up on this one. Under list cleanup there are no Distribution failures.
