I'm new using DNN & Dynamic Forms so forgive me.

I'm creating a very basic Dynamic Form where ruser have option to choose values from 3 drop down boxes (i.e. Session 1 , Session 2 , Session 3)  All of these drop downs have the same data values.  How do / can I link these together where if Session 1 has presenter 1 - the other sessions are not able to choose that same value?

    Thanks!

This would be somewhat difficult to achieve. Several questions:
    1) are these data values hard-coded or are they obtained from using an SQL query?
    2) must a person choose a value from Session1 before proceeding to Session 2,etc?

They are drop downs that I manually typed in the responses.  They are not forced to choose 1 before the other-  I would of course like to do a sequence where they start at Session 1 and then go forth.  (if this makes sense)

HI, well in your situation, it would be better to place those values into a host / list table or some other SQL table and then use SQL driven option to pull those values into the combobox. That way, you can use dependent drop down list such that a user chooses a response from combo1, it will display combo2 with the values except for what is picked in combo1,etc.

This is the only way I would know how to do it. -- David

Thanks - I saw the scenarios for that - it really was just 3 or for different values repeated for 5 drop downs. The user is pullingthe results from the View Results Table.

However I have another question - is there a way to limit the amount of times a selection from the drop down is chosen. User wants to restrict about 30 ppl per session
Scenario: Drop Down Options (added manually - no sql)
    Presenter - - AM
    PM

( This form has no tables on any databases - it's strictly ppl register and user sees the view results page - takes the data / exports to excel & then clears)
