Do you want the user to click 'Submit' on the form or just that the form gets auto submitted?
You can setup hyperlinks within your Dynamic Views template to pass the user information via querystring into Dynamic Forms. You can then setup the short field names to match those querystring parameters passed and enable the feature 'Retrieve from querystring'. Finally you can then submit the form and setup an email event/PDF Completion Event to submit that data into a PDF. You would still have to click submit on the form but other then that the module should be able to handle all of these requirements.
