    I am trying to view the results for emails sent, when I click View Report a couple of minutes later I get

    Server Error

    Request timed out

    the list is only 7,700 emails. it works fine when around 3,500 email.

    what can I do so it wont timeout so soon?

    Hi. Franc,

    We recently added paging and defaulted the page size for the latest 4.3 release to get around these larger distributions. You might check out the latest release here:

    Chad, I am trying to "View Report" this was working fine for 30000 email for 2 months, I am having timeout issues again it work for 3500 email and yesterday was working fine for 7000, today it does not work for 7000 or 14000
    I don't know if it has anything to do with the last update 4.30.60 but is was working before the update.
    Some additional symptoms if this helps: following the timeout, events become unavailable until I restart the application.
    This is what I get when trying to view events:
     Error: Event Viewer is currently unavailable.

    Server windows 2003
    MS SQL 2005

    In addition when I try to generate reports from the control panel this is that I get after processing for a while.

    Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500
