Hi Guys,
I am just doing a few routine tests and I have noticed that when I publish the newsletter to the site and I try and display the news letter it shows up blank.
I tried a mail out with the link to the web page also, below is the URL, when clicking on it you will also see its blank.

Hi Brad,
I believe you need to plug your email content into the non-personalized box, too, in order for this to show up in your Previous Newsletters. Try it and let us know how it works for you. Thanks!

Yes... We did update this in 4.3 to default to the personalized if nothing was entered. It used to always do this but the FCK Editor in DNN starting placing empty P tags which caused problems... This was changed in the 4.3 release though.

Hi! I've installed OptIn 4.3 on my localhost enviroment.
All work fine but the Previous Newsletter module don't show anything! If I set it with Single Newsletter Display Type setting it work fine but with Multiple Newsletter setting it don't show nothing!
How fix it?

Hi. What version of DNN are you using? Make sure when you are creating a newsletter you specify some text for the 'Non Personalized Newsletter'. I think some versions of DNN are placing empty paragraph tags in there... The previous newsletter module uses and displays the non personalized newsletter.

I remember You that in single display mode it work fine with all available newsletter. However the 'Non Personalized Newsletter' is setted.

Hi... Sorry I am not sure I understand what you are saying. Are you saying when you select a single newsletter it works ok but just not when you select to display multiple newsletters by category? Can you please attach a screenshot of your settings and also the user-facing portion of the module?

This turned out to be a bug... I am working on a fix now, not sure why.

Ok... So this was a pretty obvious bug that came about once we added the feature to optionally just display a single newsletter. The problem has been corrected with an updated patch. The previous newsletter module should now show 04.30.10. We have not yet posted the patch but if you need it please open a support ticket and we can provide it for you.

Hi Scippy - A patch was posted for this. Can you please check the patches and hot fixes on Snowcovered. I know the most recent patch of 04.30.70 but there were a few other earlier ones that took care of this previous newsletter bug that came about with the release of 4.3
