You would need to use SQL Binding for this. I don't have the exact SQL you would want but you can check out demo 13, 14, and demo 21 for some examples with a query at
http://www.datasprings.com/formdemos. If you need us to write the query for you this can be handled via Premium Support hours which you can pick up at
http://www.datasprings.com/Premium-Support. I think Demo 13 might be the best reference though because this doesn't require you storing the data into a flat table... Then you just replace the $(Tokens) in your HTML module and you there is also a $(PrinterFriendly) token you can use.
