update field causes extra chars in name

    I had a simple registration page working. I modified 2 questions and updated the fields and then updated the module.

    When viewing the changes all questions names had a number of semi-colons added after the question text and the registration link at the bottom of the page had multiple copies.

    If I go back and update again more extra characters and link buttons appear.

    What's going on? I updated to to version 3.0.2 a few days ago.

    I hate to reply to my own messages, but....

     

    One more bit of info, I also started having troubles with Ajax/controls on this site?

    Has anyone experienced something like this?
