I want to display the error message in bold when a field is in error.I have checked  Use custom CSS stlylesheet class for invalid validation fields and added the field settings  for DynamicRegistration_FieldError.But the Font style for error message is not changing.I have tested in betaSprings

    http://www.betasprings.com/TestDR30...fault.aspx

I have added a field named TestingValidation and set Error fields to true. But the font is not changing.Kindly suggest me how to proceed.

    Regards,

    Ramya,

Hi. Well a few of the specific features related to validation there are for server side validation only. In your case you had client side validation and server side validation turned on so client side validation was taking place before server side and this particular feature only can work on server side validation. The bigger problem I found during testing this though is that server side validation did not fire for this field!!! I am not sure yet if this is because its a different build on the www.betasprings.com site or not yet, I am going to test on our development environments locally tomorrow. If a patch is needed it should be an easy one.

Hi, check out your test page again and test this now. I think I found the issue, we will be releasing a patch for this next week, v3.05.00

    Hi Chad,
Thanks for your response.I checked the test page, the background colour of the field gets changed to red when an error occurs but i am not able to find out the field settings for that particular field. The field settings defined in custom CSS stlylesheet namely DynamicRegistration_FieldError does not effect the field. Is it considering the default style sheet of dotnetnuke? Kindly clarify..

    Thanks,
    Ramya.k
