It seems that if an error occurs on the server that the email newsletters that are scheduled stop sending and never resume, there is no way to resend, cept sending dupes to those that already received the email, crossing fingers and hoping it goes. This module has been a complete nightmare and noting but dissapointment. I really hope there is just something wrong with my install, but I have tried this on two machines and two portals with the same horrible results. |

Processing... Verified there are not pending schedules running within the scheduler. Distributing newsletter - Viamedia is proud to support the United Way Category: Chevy Sending To (0 of 129 - Maximum of 30 can be distributed with this distribution): This is the last entry in the log, it never finished the list. I checked the portal log and the application restarted at 4am, with no error, never seen that error before, so I assume the module crashed the site, yay. Any help would be great. |

James, This is very odd... Can you tell me a little bit about your hosting environment? Where are you hosting the site, what version of DNN are you running on, how many portals are on the site, and some of those specifics... The only thing that is setup is that if a newsletter stops, its not supposed to start the scheduler again unless the log files are cleared. This is to prevent some issues that happened in the past with some previous DNN versions where the schedule would kick off multiple times and risk sending the same distribution at the same exact second (rare but still an extra precaution put in place). Thanks, Chad |

That is exactly what is happening, as I went into view the log, and the last batch of emails started sending. |

I'm having exactly the same problem. I have the last version of OptIn, on DNN 5.6.2 It seems to me as if the last versions of Data Spring Modules are more unstable and buggier than the first ones...
Can anyone help me to find why is this hapenning? Thank you, Francisco
