    Using DR v4.0.60.0 on DNN 5.4.1 and having a couple issues with module and the verification emails which get sent.

    First problem is that changes made no longer appear to be persistent.  When i change the value in from email name and chose update event this appears to action my request, but when i go in values remain as before.

    The second issue here is the From email name is not registering when i recive this email.  It shows the value i have entered in From Email Address, which is not what i would like to have displayed.

    Currently entered configuration:
    From Email Address: web@website.proctorgroup.com
    From Email Name: A. Proctor Group (do not reply)

    but as mentioned i am now having issues changing these and emails come into my inbox from web@@website.proctorgroup.com
     which is not the desired effect.

    Let me know if you can think of anything that will help,

    Hi Colin,

    Can you please first try applying the DR 4.00.71 patch from Snowcovered’s Patches and Hotfixes section (or MyDownloads if you own the Collection 3) and let me know if it solves the issue? Thanks.

    Unfortunately this has not resolved the problem. 
    Have tried upgrading module version and also unistalling and reinstalling new version.  Both proccesses result in the same issue.

    Tried with host caching turnned of as well and am still unable to make permenant changes to any fields.

    I noticed that in the module below the control panel options it still lists verion as 4.0.60.0 / 5.4.1  . Not sure if this has been updated in recent release or not?

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi. As far as we knew this was an isolated incident... A few things you can try:

    1. Does email work under admin/bulk email sending from and to the same address?
    2. If you enable 'Debug Mode' on the module it should spit out the exact message and email from/to that should be sent
    3. Do you see any errors under admin/event viewer?
    4. Can you save your completion event ok? In the post above he mentioned it wasn't saving his event.
    5. Did this just start happening or has it always occurred?
