hi, we encountered an error when clicking "module configuration" in control panel(I'll paste the error below).
We have latest Dynamic view installed from(connection 4.0), and DNN 5.5.1.
This error has never happened before. It just randomly happened today.

The  error message threw like this. Could you help me identify the cause please.

What version of the .NET Framework are you running on when you go to Host > Host Settings?

I found a forum thread with the same "error BC30560" like yours.  This was for Dynamic Forms but it may be related to your Dynamic Views.  Can you please follow the tips given in this forum thread and let me know if it fixes you up?

Thanks so much for your help. version of the .NET Framework are you running on when you go to Host > Host Settings is 3.5.

I followed the steps in the thread you referred. Now it does not show the error I posted here, but it threw another error which is exactly the same as this forum thread http://www.datasprings.com/Products...fault.aspx (Adam's first message).

I then carefully read that post and did all the patches and work around. They all did not help in my case. Could you think of any other solution? we would appreciate any help as we are very tight on timeline.

Our DNN was upgraded from 5.4 to 5.5.1, and then installed dynamic view, and upgraded iFinity URL master from 2.0 to 2.2. Some other posts on dotnetnuke.com forum suggested updating iFinity URL and DNN core Events Module. We did all we can, and with no luck.

As I looked into the error message it's very obvious that it has something to do with Dynamic view or dynamic form database. So would you be able to think of any other cause or solution?

What specific Dynamic Views version do you have from Host > Module Definitions?

There was a Dynamic Views 1.00.50 patch released with a fix for this. Please log in to your Snowcovered account and download it from Patches and Hotfixes.  Let me know if you have the Collection and don't see it in MyDownloads.  Thanks!

thanks for replying. We have the collection4.0 standard edition, I don't see the Dynamic Views 1.00.50 patch in the MyDownloads. I thought the collection already has the latest Dynamic views.

If you have the Collection 4.0, please find Dynamic Views 2.0 which is even better.  I believe this is in the UnzipFirst file.  Thanks!
