I use google apps premier for my emails and am using opt in mail with the bounce back feature. everything seems to be working fine and the bounce back does log in and check my emails. however, the the bounced emails are not being registered by opt in module. I believe the issue is that my email has a few thousand emails in the inbox.
my question is this. does bounceback start searching for bounced emails from the oldest first or the newest first? when we put in a 200 or 1000 number on the bounce back for emails to check, does it only check the first 200 or 1000? or does it do 200 or 1000 at a time until eventually it checks all emails?
I know we should set up a separate email for checking bounce back such as
noreply@domain.com. However, I pay $50 per year per email and did not want to set up a new $50 a year email via google apps premier just for that. I also would prefer not to have a separate domain email receive the bounce as I would like the user to see an email from my domain.
any suggestions?
