    IN the module configuration. there is option "Enable Export to Excel" and  "Enable Export to PDF", when not ticked for any role(not enabled for any role). In the actual page, down the bottom it shows two lines of text as "Submit Query". I think that's the two control button for export to Excel and export to PDF. But they are turned off, and should not showing when logged in as a normal registered user. 

    Is this a bug or, did I miss something simple?

    Hi Alan,

    I just checked another implementation using Dynamic Views and I don't see what you're describing when logged in as a regular user. I do see it logged in as host.

    Can you please tell me your exact version number from Host > Module Definitions. Also, what DNN version are you running?

    Thanks for getting back. the exact version number of Dynamic views is 2.0.0.
    DNN version 05.05.01(22)



    For the description I described in first post. I need to mention(I already logged another forum thread) that I am using the dynamic view module under a Live Tab. I think the "Enable Export to Excel" and "Enable Export to PDF" two control buttons are triggered to display by a page postback which it doesn't in Live Tab. Can you confirm this is right. And advise a way to make the export function work if I could not turn of this function.
