database error

    I accidentally wound up creating an extra UserName database, and it's causing other modules, notably Active Social, to misfunction. I deleted the role from the User Properties in DNN, but I know I need to get into the sql table. 
    Please tell me what I'm looking for.

    Hi Steve - I am not exactly sure I know what you mean. How did you go about creating an extra UserName database? Please explain in detail. Do you mean a username profile property?

    Sorry to be unclear. Yes, it's the profile property. Evidently, I created an extra, and can't find it. I'd appreciate if you could tell me the likely places to look.

    Hi. Well, actually I think when you delete something like this in the database its a 'soft delete'. If you don't see it under admin, user accounts, manage profile property then its probably in the database but marked as 'IsDeleted'. I think either Active Social will have to code to check for that flag or you will have to manually delete it. I don't know what the exact query would be to fully remove it but I think it would be in the ProfilePropertyDefinitions table. If you need us to actually write SQLor go beyond that then you would need to pick up some Premium Support hours at http://www.datasprings.com/Premium-Support as this goes beyond our actual product and into DNN and Active Social directly.
