    Hi,

I have a strange issue: every time I go to 'setup the module configuration' and click 'update settings' the application pool goes down and my website is gone. After restarting the pool, I can see that the changes have been saved. I do not dare to test, if this button (update settings) in all cases crashes the pool. I only click on 'update Field' that works.

We use DNN 4.9.2 and DF 3.01.

Any idea of what this could be?

    Best regards

    Jörg

    Hi Jörg,

Did this work before and the problem just started?   Did you make a change is now running on 64-bit IIS just like GeishaMX?  There was a problem discussed in this thread:  Dynamic Forms - 64 Bit Operating System Issues

If this is the same situation, I would recommend an upgrade to Dynamic Forms 3.4 in order to get the latest fixes and enhancements.  Thanks!

Hi... Yes I think support for 64 bit operating systems with IIS7 was added sometime back in 3.3 or 3.4.

    Thanks!
