Probably a dumb question here, but I am not very good with CSS so I am having a hard time figuring out what to do here. I'm using the very popular Transparent skin that is currently sold on Snowcovered. Unfortunately, for some reason, as you are filling out the form in the text boxes, I've got white text on a white background. My Rich Text field is fine, black text on a white background, but the text boxes, where I ask for things like "Name" and "Phone Number" are white and obviously this is a problem because you can't see what you're typing in to the field.
Could someone please either give me some CSS code I can add to the Stylesheet to force black text in the form field input boxes or perhaps tell me where I can change this in the custom style dynamic forms style sheeet?
Thank you very much! |

Hi Barry - The tool I use for implementations and skins / CSS issues like this is FireBug for FireFox. With this tool you can use the 'inspect' option within FireBug to hover over the specific textbox/area that you want to change the CSS for. From there you can see all of the stylesheet classes and the inheritance between those... This can be VERY useful and allow you to then go in and see what class you need to change or add into the Dynamic Forms stylesheet. Thanks, Chad |

yeah, that's good, if you know CSS, I guess. Not your fault, this skin is horribly implemented. It's wildly popular on the snowcovered site, but I've had nothing but problem with ALL of my modules having white text on a white background in the admin sections....
I'll see if I can figure it out.
