Synchronizing DNN User Accounts with DR

    Hi

    I think one of my schedulers is missing. My DR doesn't show all the user accounts that the DNN user accounbt is showing. And I can't be sure which scheduler needs to run. Can someone assist me with this? Thanks.

    Hi, well Dynamic Registration doesn't really use a scheduler (only Dynamic User Directory does) so I am not really sure why DNN wouldn't be showing these other users. What version of DNN are you running on and also can you tell me if you see any distinction between the users that are appearing and the users that are not appearing?

    Does this DNN installation have multiple portals setup? Any other items that might throw it off?

    It does have a multiple portals, but the other only portal is not being used at all (we created it previously to test something). My client entered the new users using DNN user accounts instead of DR. So now the users don't show up in DR but in DNN user accounts. So how do I synchronize it back? Or should it automatically do it on its own?

    also, I'm not sure this is just a coincidence or that it makes a difference, DR shows Page 1 of 1 but the DNN User Accounts show 1 of 4. So the other 3 pages seems to be missing in DR. The first page of DR shows the same user accounts as the first page of DNN User Accounts. Again, I'm not sure if this is a coincidence, or DR is just not paging.

    OK - I confirmed it. DR's paging is not work. When I request for 250 / page, it shows everything.

    Hi, thanks to the post I just figured out why I couldn't see all my users either on the DR manage users page. This issue is still outstanding on my version of DR - anyone know if it's been fixed on later releases?

    DNN: 06.01.05
