Hi. I had an existing installation of Dynamic Forms 02.60.30, and I upgraded it to version 03.40.20 by installing the latest version (DataSprings_DynamicForms_Module34_20_StandardEdition_DNN45PLUS.zip). The installation process was reported as being successfully. However, the following error occurred during the installation:

Luckily I had backed up my web server before I install the module, so I rolled back to my backup, and now I'm back at version 02.60.30.
My question is, how do I upgrade from 02.60.30 to 03.40.20 without getting that error during installation?
Here's some information about my environment:
- DNN 4.9.5
- Windows 2003 R2 x86
- SQL Server 2005 Standard
