I have had to disable the RR schedule until I can get this resolved. I have 4 renewal reminders set up with the following days/verfication delays:
30/30, 15/15, 7/7, -30/10
The schedule is set to the defaults: 1 day - 1 hour retry.
I have had a large number of complaints from the system generating many emails to the same account....as many as 6 or 7 in a day.
I have confirmed these emails are being sent by examining the schedule history. However NOTHING is showing up (no rows at all!) in the RR log table.
What is going on with this module? I believe I have it set up correctly but obviously there is a problem!
Also...I have many users without usable email addresses (they never actually use the website but we use the website database as the organization's membership database...so we give them email addresses like:
12345@noemail.com). Is it possible to "filter out" these fake addresses so that the RR will not attempt to send them?
