    Hello chaps,

The forum search seems to be broken - it leads to a dead page.

I'm trying to figure out if the following is possible...

I'd like to include the user roles that the submitter belongs to, in the emailed results.

Ideally I'd be able to display the role from a subset of the site's roles, but even just including all the roles the user belongs to would be fine.

I can't see a suitable token in that field next to the message body and nothing from searching the userguide either.

Thanks for any advice on this.
    Rob

    Sorry for the late response.

If you're assigning roles based on a user response on the form, you might add a hidden field called $(Role) and then use a client side event to set that field's value. That way, you will have a token to use in the email.

Here's another option. Let's say you're using a radio button to set the roles, you can edit this so that the Option Text will contain what you want your users to see on the page but the Option Value is the Role Name. On your email event, you can use $(RadioButton_Text) and $(RadioButton) for the value (role).

    Hope that helps!
