    Chad: What needs tobe done to remedy this?

    After setting values in the Bouncebacks Section (Username, Mail Password,Alternate Port, etc....)  I hit Update and receive the following error:

    "A critical error has occurred. Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count."

    I go to the event viewer but I do not see anything logged.

    Please advise.

    Hello Fletcher,

    I believe you may need an updated stored procedure for this.

    But please let me know the DNN version your running on?

    It may be that you have the wrong installation of Opt In Email but it could be the stored procedure that's missing a parameter.

    My DotNetNuke Version is 05.06.01 and my Opt In modules are:

    Opt In - 4.30.61

    Opt In - 4.30.70

    Opt In - 4.30.60

    Opt In - 4.30.60

    I'm still having the issue. Please advise where I can get the updated stored procedure or fix for this.

    Ryan and All - I uninstalled Opt-In and then reinstalled it and this fixed the problem. Whatever was missing, was correctly installed the 2nd time.
