Hello Dom,
Are both of your Checkbox lists on each page share the same exact short name?? If so does the checkbox list on the first page pass to session variable, and the checkbox list on the second page retrieve from session variable??
Perhaps try Querystring variables to isolate the issue if one exists. See if you can get this working via querystring variables, and once you do then try by using session variables.
