    Hi,

    I am using the DNN 5.5 version and Advance email module in module version is 4.20.0 i am inserting the opt out token from the create newsletter section and sending the newsletter but i have seen that opt out is not working and user are not getting unsubscribed, is there any other setting for the opt out the user, if they opt out they should not be visible ther in subscriber list.

    Hi Kishor,

    Can you please tell us which of these you're using:

    Opt Out Link (Full URL)
    Opt Out Message w/ Link
    Opt Out from ALL lists (link)
    Opt Out from ALL Lists (full URL link)

    If you're using one and try another kind, does it work?

    Also, do you mean that the links doesn't take the user to the right page? Or do you mean that the user actually gets to unsubscribe but they remain in the list afterwards?
