problem saving combobox fields and hidden fields

    I have a form that takes registration, calculates the total, posts the fee to Paypal, then sends out various confirmation and internal e-mails.  All of this appears to work except when I go back to export the results or view the saved records, only the unhidden text boxes get saved.  None of the hidden fields, which get shown in response to a question event, get saved.  The combobox fields don't save no matter what.  In the spreadsheet, the columns are there for all the fields, but they are all empty.

    I thought this was a live project - it's out there at register.stplc.org but I may have to take down if it keeps losing information.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
