The image rotator is not displaying in IE9. Instead the following code is shown:

It looks like the demo on the product page is working now in IE9, so presumably there will be an update available soon. |

Hi emcc and Vicky,
Yes, we are working on getting a patch out to fix the issue with our Flash products running on IE9, hopefully by middle of next week. Thanks for your patience.

I am having this issue with one portal but not another. They use the same module version but are installed under different DNN versions. |

Was there ever a fix for this developed? I am having the same issue. I don't see a patch for it on snowcovered. If not, is there an upgrade option? |

Looked for it, didn't found it. Case I had this issue on a customes site and the lack of response to this, I switched to an alternate solution.

Hi Erwin, We have posted new releases that support IE9 within the most recent versions posted on Snowcovered. If you are part of the Data Springs Collection 4.0 then you can also download these new versions under the 'My Downloads' section. You will need to upgrade to the latest version (should be discounted based on our upgrade policy) for full support against IE9. We had to add new enhancements to support IE9 which wasn't around when these modules were originally developed (so we released these as new versions and not actually as a patch). Thanks! -Chad

I have version 3.20.20, which is the only version in my My Downloads area (as part the collection file, there is no individual update) and it still just displays the object tag in IE9. Am I missing the update? |
