Hi. Dynamic Views and Tailored Text can almost be better for more custom views of the template. You could use the custom template and I believe use $(UserID) as a token. I also know that you could use a few hidden fields (like Date, Username, etc...) and then use features like the DNN User Default or the SQL Default to pull in the values such as the username who is submitting the form etc... this way you have an actual field saving that data which you can then use in the view form results area. -Chad
