DR upload issues, js files missing

    Has anyone had the following happen: 5.6.2
    During uploading of the newest DR module i get a duplicate screen in the terms and conditions. When clicking the box to move forward with uploading the module I get an error... (will go do it again so i can post the error). i spoke with chad and he said to remove the dnn 5 file.. i did so and it uploaded without errors but having problems with the module now..
    using fiddler i get a css and js 404 error when i try to use DR.  I looked in the folders and the files did not get created.. not sure what's missing but maybe something did not get upgraded properly by removing the DNN5 file..
    Ideas?

    Here is the error: Chad did look at it a while back and noted that it was weird. (all other modules upload fine, we've done many upgrades of other modules and they all go through the process)
