How to view the rich-text / HTML version of a sent email

    Hi,

    I've just sent out an email, but now want to view that email.  It's not in the archive, so I'm using the Control Panel that lists all of the sent emails.

    When I click the view button, it only displays the plain text version of the email. Why is this?

    Can this behaviour be changed to display the HTML version?  I want to be able to copy all of the formatting, hyperlinks etc, but cannot get to the email!  Seems like such a basic function that is missing here.

    Rod,

    Hi. You should be seeing the 'HTML' version but this should also be the 'Non Personalized View'. So, it will not show the Personalized View of the HTML newsletter. Can you tell me if you verified its not showing the 'Non Personalized Version'?

    Hi Chad,

    Thanks for your reply. It's definitely plain text, but it is the non-personalized version - I can tell from the salutation in it. Thing is, I cannot actually open the newsletter to confirm this - there is no option once it's sent. I guess I must have pasted a plain text version into the non-personalized textbox.

    Thanks anyway. I'll pay closer attention to this next time.
