    Hi!

Anyone have any clever ideas on how to let a group of users edit the email that gets sent out upon a completion event...but not be able to get to anything else?

My idea is just to have a html edit box and allow them to edit...but not sure what stored procedure to call so that I will preserve any HTML, etc.

Any ideas would really help. It doesnt have to by a dynamic process or anything. I just have 10-15 standard emails sent out in areas around my sites that change often and I would rather have the users update them instead of the dev.

    THANKS!!

    Hi Daniel,

You could always setup another form instance with a rich text box field, then use a SQL completion event could be used to update the tables related to that row/column in the database?

    Thanks,

    Chad

    Great suggestion...made it TOO EASY!

I even tricked it up a bit and have one form that pulls the dynamiceventID from the querystring to populate the rich text box.
