Hi James, When you say "work in the code" are you referring to the modules source code or on the web site\DNN portal? Can you please tell me: What version of DNN are you running on? Where are you hosting the rite and do you know what trust level you hosting provider is running on? You might need to be running on full trust. Thanks, Chad |

Hi. Hmm... I think that the solution is using a reference to a specific file called FVK related to a facebook API. I know the solution comes as VS2010 and should only include the reference to FAcebook.dll. Do you have a reference to Facebook.dll in your Visual Studio Solution? -Chad

I am also facing this same issue as well. When I try to rebuild my DNN Visual Studio development solution, I get the same error under LoginButton.ascx page: Could not load type 'FVK.LoginButton'.I made sure that there is a reference to the Facebook.dll in my solution. Any other ideas on why this could happen? DotNetNuke Version: 05.06.03 (45) Dynamic Login Version: 4.0.11 |

I have attached a screenshot of the error so we all can be on the same page. |

Hi. I think that this either might be a reference that is not needed or might be an area of code that I need to know more about where its referenced... When you click on "References" can you remove it as a reference? Can you double click on the error then and tell me the line of code or page/function where this reference is actually being used? Thanks, Chad

Hey Chad,
Even though we bought the developer's licence for Dynamic Collection, I can't seem to find the Dynamic Login's source code (so I could debug the module, if necessary, in my VS solution). Where can I get a copy of the source code (not just for the Login module, but all modules under the Collection)? As soon as I get it, I will be able to pinpoint the function on the page that's using the Facebook reference. |

Hi Albert, I would open up a support ticket.. Please keep in mind that the Developer Edition does not include the source code directly, there is now a separate developer license that does include the source code. So for example, there is an Enterprise Edition and also an Enterprise Edition w/ Source... There is also then a Developer Edition, and then a Developer Edition w/ Source etc... Thanks, Chad |

Hi. I believe that this version was fixed with the most recent version. What version does it show under Host, Extensions? Thanks, Chad

I literally downloaded the trial version few days ago. I'll look up the exact version and post it later tonight. |
