    I've successfully set-up DL 4.1 with Facebook Connect but both Twitter and Linkedin throw the same error:

    "Invalid postback or callback argument. Event validation is enabled using in configuration or <%@ Page EnableEventValidation="true" %> in a page."

    Changing the EnableEventValidation in the webconfig does not resolve the issue, nor do I believe this would be the best path.

    I see both of these options are functioning here on the Data Springs site so it should work... 

    Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

    DL 4.1 is running on DNN 6.1

    Hi Marty,

    I could be wrong (Keith you are welcome to jump in as well?) but if I remember right this turned out to be a couple of settings on the Twitter side of the integration once we started looking into this more. I think maybe something related to having the redirect page set or something.. I went in and checked / compared our twitter setup page (on the Twitter site) with his Twitter application settings and it was a specific setting that had to be enabled or disabled on the Twitter application side.

    setting EnableEventValidation to false in the web.config fixes this issue.

    On our site, Facebook integration works for me, but Twitter integration returns:

    A critical error has occurred. An unexpected error has occurred

    I get the same result when I try to use Sign in with Twitter on the Datasprings site as well.

    Does anyone have Twitter signin working ?

    Hi Ravi - Hmm... I might have to test from your website actually. I say this because the Twitter integration works for me (on our website) but I know someone else has reported this... So maybe the problem is related to new users VS existing users? I know you emailed me as well so I will follow up with you there.
