    In Demonstration 32, item 2 states:

    2) Setup a database table that you can later use to reference data for the question event. In our example we created a listname called 'Coupon Codes' under Host/Lists. Please refer to this guide with how to create lists under Host/Lists. Note: You can skip this step if you have your own database table or plan to reference your own table.

    The italic statement describes a guide on how to create list. What guide is this statement describing?

    I made a few educated guesses and was able to figure it out but thank you for including the link.

    I have an existing form that has multiple subtotals and a grand total using hidden fields and it is working well.

    I would like to incorporate the coupon code function and have attempted to hack at the java code unsuccessfully.

    My variant of this example requires section totals to be added in a sub-total, discounted with a coupon code, and the grand total updated.

    When I attempted to incorporate the coupon code, and select the 'Validate Coupon Code' button it clears the form out and doesn't apply the discount, and the GT is cleared out.

    Hi... Well you might end up trying a few options if you are using client side events... Anytime a post back or AJAX post back occurs you need to make sure and include that same exact JavaScript into the "Initial JavaScript" area.
