    I have an event where an e-mail is generated to a recipient and I populate a SUBJECT LINE with some tokens.

    e.g.
    KUSF Worksheet Filing For HCI Telcom Inc - KS005995 (PENDING APPROVAL)

    But some of the characters gets added to the line a parts of it looks like this: (bolded)

    =?iso-8859-1?Q?KUSF Worksheet Filing For HCI Telcom Inc - KS005995 (PENDING APPROVAL)?=

    How do I fix this?

    Hello Chuck,

    Did you copy/paste this from Microsoft Word? Or any Microsoft Text Editor?

    That's the only time I've ever seen any hokey text like that. If that is in fact what happened, copy/paste your text into Notepad before you copy/paste into your email completion event.
