Ahhh...in that case, you will need to create another textbox field. Let's call that SendEmail for now. So what you need is to create client side events to populate the value of SendEmail. Not a javascript expert but the logic will be something like "if $(Accepted) = No and $(UserType) = Visitor, then $(SendEmail) = Text A
Then, when you create the completion events, the trigger will be value in the SendEmail field. Once you have this working, you can switch the SendEmail field from textbox to hidden field type.

I think that would work, but I would need to test for Role membership.
Do you know how to do that from javascript?
