So I need to send out the Email to users who have not been added the the Accepted Role.

The Text of the Email needs to be different based on whether they are a standard Visitor, or if they are a Subscriber.

Could you suggest a strategy to accomplish this?

    Thanks

    Hi p,

You can create 2 separate email events that fire based on 2 different field responses. This can easily be accomplished with fields that have choices (radio button, combobox, checkbox, etc.).

    Thanks!

    Hi Candace,

The Email I need to send needs to be a completion task.

What I am having difficulty with is the 2 conditions.

They need to not be in the Accepted Role and Then Visitor Role, or Subscriber role.

Even if I split this there are 2 conditions:
Not Accepted & Visitor -> Send Email Text A

    or

Not Accepted & Subscriber -> Send Email Text B

    Any thoughts?

Ahhh...in that case, you will need to create another textbox field. Let's call that SendEmail for now. So what you need is to create client side events to populate the value of SendEmail. Not a javascript expert but the logic will be something like "if $(Accepted) = No and $(UserType) = Visitor, then $(SendEmail) = Text A

Then, when you create the completion events, the trigger will be value in the SendEmail field. Once you have this working, you can switch the SendEmail field from textbox to hidden field type.

Let me know if that works for you. Thanks!

I think that would work, but I would need to test for Role membership.
Do you know how to do that from javascript?
