Have a client site and a basic Dynamics Form module with a few fields to contact the client, on every page.
An email form completion event works fine after submitting the form. Form results get stored properly.
A basic thank you message on the Web site/page will not display though. Basically the Submit link on the form is clicked, it processes/the processing message comes up, and the form information/what the person typed in remains there.
I tried both a Display After Submit Message under general settings, in addition to a 2nd form completion event, URL/Page Redirect and have a brief thank you message there.
In my completion events, the email is generated first, then the URL redirection is second. I tried reversing the form completion order events, but that didn't appear to work. Should the URL redirection be first, by standard practices?
Also under general settings, I checked the Display Message after Submitting checkbox. Didn't work after that.
Finally, would having two Dynamics Forms on the same page have anything to do with it? This brief contact form is on every page, which I'd like it to continue to be, and there is another dynamics form on another page (along with the brief contact form).
I will continue to investigate other possible scenarios myself, haven't gotten into Client Side or possible Javascript issues or settings yet.
Much thanks for any help,
Jack
