The "failed Distributions" portion of the results Bar graph is incorrectly counting ALL of the emails, even though they are going out properly.
Our client sends out to 7000 email addresses and regularly has about 2000 read and open the email, but their "Failed Distributions" is always almost as high as their sent amount, even though obviously people are receiving their emails.
How to I fix this or turn this off?
The DNN version is 5.06 and we are not putting a "reply- to email address" in the advanced section (advice given in other posts).
The website is on one server, and their email is on an exchange server, but we are using an account on the Web server to as the SMTP connection (setting in host settings and in Opt In- Alternate settings).
Is this issue caused by the fact that they are using exchange for their "real" email?
Is there any advice on how to fix or remove this?
