    Hi,

    I am using DF version 3.40.50 on a client's site.  I recently upgraded it to DNN 06.01.03 and the page broke.

    I have a separate site running the same version of DF and on the latest DNN and the form is running OK.

    I removed the form and added it to a test page and you can see that it has removed the navigation and you cannot do anything with the Manage unless you are in layout mode.

    It seems to be javascript error.  I checked the event log and I can't see anything that related to this.

    Any idea what might be causing this issue?

    PS: it might be the skin but both sites are using similar skin created the same way.

    Hi Ginnie,

    If you are able to get to the Module Configuration in the Control Panel, please disable jQuery and see if that resolves the issue for you. Thanks!
