When trying to export the form results to Excel, we get a runtime error (on all forms across our site). It simply times out and returns the yellow error screen (yet this issue does not occur on our development site, running same version of DF - 4.0.12 and DNN - 6.1.2.)
On both production and dev, clicking on the question wizard results in the following error message "A critical error has occured. Unable to connect to the remote server." Not sure what remote server it is trying to connect to, I get this message even when running the website on the server, and if it wasn't connecting to SQL, obviously the entire site would be down.
Please help, we use dynamic forms extensively on our site and are federally required to produce reports from many of them.
