    Hello--

    I'm running DNN 04.05.09 and Opt in Email 04.10.30 and it was working fine until one day it stopped working. The screen to Opt In or Out of Newsletter works okay and when I fill in the already a subscriber question and click Go it generates an email and I receive it. The email tells me what newsletters I'm subscribed to and when I click the Manage Subscription link in the email it brings me to the opt in email page on my site with an error message that says "A critical error has occurred. Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).

    When I log into the site with an admin account and go to the Opt In/Out of Newsletter page is shows the control panel icons but when I click on any one of them I get the error message Error: Control Panel is currently unavailable.

    Hi Gene,

    There might have been a change on the server somewhere but your version is a couple of years old and is no longer supported. I would recommend that you upgrade to Opt In Email 4.3 to make sure you have all the current features and fixes. Please send us your last invoice ID so we can check for applicable upgrade discounts.
