We just upgraded to Dynamic Forms 4 on DNN 4.9.5, and when attempting to View Form Results the following error occurs. We have several critical forms operating now, and I'm in the middle of configuring another one. Any advice? Thanks!

Just found another thread on this topic HERE. I installed the correct module for DNN 4. 8-Plus. Our database WAS on SQL Server 2000, and is now on SQL Server 2008, but the Compatibility Level is set to 2000.

Hi Steve - Can you tell me what version of Dynamic Forms you are running on? What specific version shows up under Host, Extensions?

    Thanks,

    Chad

Hi Steve - You might need to open a support ticket and provide us with host rights (I am assuming this was an upgraded version of the module, or was this a fresh installation?). If this was a fresh installation simply do an uninstall/reinstall and you should be fixed up... Otherwise if you have existing forms you will need to have us manually execute some scripts as I imagine these stored procedures did not get created properly since the compatibility level was still set to SQL Server 2000 and some of our columns with the most recent build require SQL Server 2005 or higher (we use NVARCHAR(MAX)) on most of the recent versions/builds.

    Thanks!

This was an upgrade from Dynamic Forms 3.4. We do have existing forms that I don't want to lose, but I'll talk to the content developers about that.

Do you know if it's generally save to change the Compatibility Level to 2005 (90)?

I'll get back to you about the support ticket if needed. Thanks!

Hi - Yes, it is generally safe (never an issue that I know of) for changing the compatibility level... But once you do this you will need to go ahead and have us review the stored procedures that did not get installed properly because we will need to have those recreated.

    Thanks,

    Chad
