    Hi Nicholas,

    You can use something like this in the SQL Default settings under Advanced Field Options:

    SELECT CONVERT( CHAR(12), GetDate(), 101) As DefaultValue

    If you do a search on the internet, you'll find other formatting options. One good place is here:

    Thanks for the reply, but i was looking for the default for the Month/Year Date field. I did use your suggestion for the text with calendar date field.
