We have a very simple question event setup to display a hidden question based on the value of the previous question. When you choose the answer that should reveal the hidden question, we get the following error message:

I can look in the database and find module ID 9346, but not sure what the ctl164 is referring to, or why another control would be assiged to the same ID after postback?
We are using DNN 6.1.2 and DF 4.10
We do nto have tabs or panels enabled
Thoughts?
